Shiver is an artwork in the form of a Chrome Extension. It responds to events and keywords on websites through a rolling news feed. The user interface and the response are both stylized and simple. The response is immediate, and the user interface is uncluttered.
The work is the result of an investigation of human response to news on the internet. The research examines how people make sense of information, and investigates how that information may be processed and presented to the user.
